If you want a great, possibly the best Property Manager ever, look no further than Kevin at East West Properties. Let's just say my previous property management company was terrible. Kevin and East West Properties took over and the instant change in professionalism and actually getting things done was amazing! For all the repair requests by tenants, Kevin will be there in person to find out what’s causing the problem and make sure the repairs are done correctly. We live in Hongkong and thus cannot keep an eye on our property. Kevin is our eyes and ears and does a great job at it. He does yearly walk throughs and drives by our property often to watch the outside. He is in constant communication with us and we do not have to worry about anything. If something goes wrong or the residents complain he deals with it. He is friendly and kind and considers not only the needs of the renters but also the owners. I highly recommend Kevin. As tenants we had the pleasure of working with Kevin for property management. He seriously went above and beyond in answering all our questions, getting back to us in a timely manner, one time when we got stuck in the elevator, I called Kevin around midnight and he provided huge support to us getting out. Although it’s really the HOA issue not the property manager’s responsibility, he is so kind and patient, such a pleasant person to work with overall. We recommend Kevin without hesitation!

We used East West property management and were very satisfied, especially with Lili and Kevin. They have always been super responsive and were great about laying out the process when we first signed on. Lili advertised our property widely and was able to find and place reliable tenants for us in less than a month. They are knowledgeable, detail oriented, and do an excellent job of communicating with both the owner and tenant. And one of the reasons why I turn to East West is because they always give me the best quote in town. I don’t know how they did it, but I cannot find a contractor who beat their quote. I would definitely refer them to my friends!

We have a rental home in Irvine that is under the care of Kevin with East West Properties. His approach, managing our house is most impressive. He quickly reaches out to us when any problems are identified and works quickly to resolve issues for our tenants. His people skills are outstanding. Although he works for us, I believe he also truly cares about the tenants who are living in the home. His conflict management skills are impressive. I rented a house from East West Properties for 2 years and they were absolutely amazing. I had waited till the last minute to find a spot to live and when I went in and talked to Lili, she was able to help me get a home in less than a week. If anything went wrong with the house, Kevin, our property manager, was always on top of it making sure it got fixed in a timely manner and everything was communicated to me. East West Properties really cares about their tenants and is a very professional management company. When Kevin was unavailable Lili would always be willing to help out. I wouldn't suggest any other property management! EWP IS THE BEST!
